Message	I was taught to use a thinner oil, so it can 'Flush' through the bearings and get the debris out.. and you want to make sure the oil can get into any 'Unexpected' tight spots, so they can still get lubed and hopefully Burnish off any irregularities of the surfaces.. then the debris gets flushed out Cj
